No manager present ...and workers wouldnt answer the phone

The dining room is consistently dirty, and one booth is usually dedicated to employees' newspapers, half-empty beverage cups and litter. Table service is slow on a good day. If you go through the buffet, good luck finding more than two pans half-full of pizza at any given moment. Often the buffet will have no pizza, but employees will have their cell phones out on the parking lot. Does this place have a manager? Seriously, if you get a pizza from this bunch get it to go. The pizza itself is pretty good, but the dining room experience is absolutely terrible.
