Horrible. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt based on external appearance. Bloomer's facility is bad. Like, really bad. The drive-through had sharpie marker written telling you to order when you're ready... The food tasted like it was half cooked in a microwave. I ordered a "double hickory with fry" and got a single burger with nothing but bbq sauce in it. Customer service was an atrocity. Passive aggressive and blunt. I will never be going here again.
