Slow, always the wrong order or cold as hell. they sure are attentive when it comes to dessert and getting you out the door though.
We stopped here on a road trip thinking Chili's a place we know to have decent food. Wrong!!!! Was seated fast but 20min no waiter. When our order was taken it was an additional 30min to get our food. My wife's food was wrong, mine was burnt and the fries on my daughters plate tasted like an old dirty freezer smells (old). The hostess hit me with a chids wooden high chair that knocked me back in the booth without even acknowledging me untill we complained then the manager came to comp the meal we could not eat. Bottom line this so called resturant was as horrible as they get. I do not recommend this establishment unless you enjoy punishing your family.
The atmosphere and the menu item of Country Fried Steak. It is the best.
The waitstaff were rude to my handicapped friend and were annoyed by him needing a place for his walker. The service was slow and the servers and other staff mostly sat around talking and glaring at my friend and I. In one section there are two rows of booths separated by a clear pane of glass so there is no privacy. It is like sitting at booth with a bunch of strangers. The food was okay, but everything else makes it not worth it. Try one of the Lafayette Locations instead.
Went with a group of friends. Half the order came out cold and wasn't that good to begin with, and the service was absolutely horrible, and, despite being busy, half the waitstaff was sitting at a table talking because they were on break. (The 'break' lasted nearly the entire houror so my friends and I were there.) Needless to say I have no intentions of going back.
