will not go back, there was one lady in charge of checking people in, she did not smile, she would not talk. she was more concerned about being with her boyfriend that worked their also. we had a great waiter and he said that's why we get bad reviews. food took an hour to get to us. it said on sign that Lisa Seay is the manager, looks like they may need new manager. we sat there and watched so many people leave without anyone seating them.
We had more than enough time for 5 us to eat dinner, almost an hour and a half. And throughout our time here the restaurant was half empty- no crowd at all. It took so long for the food to come out we had to just pay for drinks and appetizers and leave. An HOUR AND A HALF and we never even got the food! Mentioning our eventual time crunch we were still ignored, and even when we just asked for the checks our waitress just went back to seating people. We watched a smaller party receive their food when they had come in almost 40 minutes after us. And all the while we didn't get an apology or any explanation of any kind. We were all polite and didn't make trouble for any of the staff. It really was unacceptable service. I would not recommend this place to a single soul and would suggest that chili's find new management for this location. Shame on you.
The first thing I noticed was how dirty the place was. There was food all over the floor and in the kitchen. The service was OK and the food was good but I don't think I will be back.
VERY DISAPPOINTING I ordered a Cobb Salad and when they brought it to the table, it was about the size of a side salad. We ordered a hamburger and it had items on it that we had asked to be removed. And last but not least, one of the drinking glasses brought to our table had lipstick on the rim from a prior customer.
Food not as hot as it should have been. Place was generally dirty and a c seem to not work very well. Employees only seem to care about other employees and friends. Difficult to get in and out even while it was quite slow. Never seen any Chili that slow ons Friday afternoon.
