This is the dirtiest Pilot I have ever been to. The bathrooms smelled heavily of urine. The dispensers for individual creamers looked like they had never been wiped down since the place opened. There was a small sink in the self serve food area that was filthy! It was so unappetizing. And I had to stand at the counter at 12am and wait around while the cashier took extra time to fiddle with something near the hot dogs before lazily making her way to her register. Side note: Her hands looked like a mechanics.

Pumps are broken and out of service. Bathrooms are jammed up and dirty. The place is ran poorly.
