The Smith house is a well established family restaurant. Their food is well priced, and tastes great (The BBQ is very good). The owner, Mr O'Banion is very friendly and is making nice improvements to the dining environment. Overall, a great place to eat.
It was hard to find since it was marked wrong on the map. Maybe it moved in recent years. It is not right on Main St. / Hwy 22 It seems to be on an old section of Main St. The food was good. Probably the best in the little town. We had a Willie Burger and Chicken Strips. The burger was big and good. I think I would go with a smaller burger next time. We also had pecan pie and KY pie. Both were good. The price was a little higher than I expected in such a remote small town. $21 for two people. The other customers were business people, a pastor, a medical professional. It also had a family feel.
