On Saturday evening we arrived the hostess she said it would be about 15 minutes we decided to sit at the bar we placed our order it took 48 minutes to get an appetizer took another 53 minutes to get our food which happened to be somebody else's food when we finally got our food it was cold and I can't tell you what it tasted like we were frustrating it was not the waitresses fault....she was very over worked. They need a new manager he didn't seem to be too much. we only paid for a drinks in the end, left fairly happy
Amazing service! Bartender Kurt, waitress Michelle and hostess Maddison are at the top of my recommendations. The manager Tom is always very visible and attentive to any of your needs. My food was quick, beer cold, and conversation always available. Best establishment for a Sunday afternoon in Madisonville!
In recent days I have not been impressed by this restaurant. I called to ask about "Kid's eating free on Tuesdays" the person that answered the phone said that the kid's eat free all day. When I got there they explained that they do only during dinner hours. I was upset and they would not honor what was said on the phone. So my family left and drove to Evansville and ate there. It was great (where we went). I have heard alot of bad feedback from friends about this place. I used to love going here and eating the food. The past few times were ok but lacked in some ways.
Food is poorly cooked. Wait times are far too long. Will never eat Madisonville Applebees again.
Great place excellent service.
