Best meal I've ever had at a Chili's!!! The waiter was awesome. And oh boy was the platinum margarita out of this world. Truly top shelf. Good night out with the Family.
I had quit going to this Chili's restaurant over a year ago due to the extremely bad service and food we received on several occasions. We had an old gift card and decided to give them one more chance to change our opinion of them. I ordered take out using their online ordering system. Arrived at Chili's to pick up the order at the specified time. Then had to wait twenty minutes past the specified pick up time to get the order. Drove food home. This takes less than five minutes. Tried to eat and the food was very cold. The spicy panko onion rings were hard as rocks and had no taste. The mango-chile tilapia also was not spicy and had very little taste. Needless to say, I should have stuck with my first decision and stayed as far away from this chili's as possible. I posted this exact same information to Chili's facebook page so others would know what type of service I had received. After I received an automated response requesting that I fill out some form, I pointed out that I wasn't interested in their form and didn't appreciate the autobot responding. My post was deleted from Chili's facebook page and I have been blocked from posting on their facebook page.
Poor. Went there and spent 40 bucks for cold food and bad service. Was rushed by waiter. Coffee was cold and nasty. Asked for a fresh cup and he came back in less than a minute. Same coffee, just nuked. It's a shame to take your wife out for a special night and it gets ruined by a careless staff...
We went there on game day, so it was packed. However, bad service is bad service. After ordering a dish without meat, it got to my table and it still had meat in it. I sent it back to the kitchen and the people there just picked the meat out and sent it back to us. After all that, I was still charged for the dish. It is safe to say that I will not be going back anytime soon.
Not again, only one item we ordered was fresh and hot.
