pretty good food at this mc. donalds in liberty, Kentucky. current resident here, have lived here 4 years and got family here...the lines sometimes are a bit long during lunch hour, coffee is always fresh and ready in the mornings. employees, most of them are nice except sometimes you got to wait for your food if you have a big order. my girls love the ice cream and dipped cones. chicken nuggets are always a big hit in this family. I do not like the fact that condiments cost "Extra" in my home town state of Indiana, I was never charged "extra" for mayonnaise and such. I think that is outrageous! that is my only complaint is that condiments cost extra. we have complained to corporate a few times on that or the fries being a bit too salty, other than that or maybe a few times, the food not being fresh, other than that, the food is usually great and great service at this mc donalds in liberty. :)
I work here and i know for a fact our workers are always nice we get reviewed everyday on how nice we are. Yes you may get pulled up if your food is not ready yet but that is only because we have certain times we have to have. We are not aloud to just let a customer sit at the window and you are NEVER pulled up for just a drink.
Always horrible service, you either don't get what you order or get pulled up and have to wait when you only ordered a drink. Workers are rude and food is disgusting.
