Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

My Mom and I went to Papa Murphy's in La Grange to get a pizza for Valentine's Day. We decided the weather was becoming too bad to go to Louisville. People were lined up all the way back to the door. Evidently a lot of people had the same idea. The line moved quickly. I ordered a large Herb Chicken Mediterranean pizza. It came to $11.66. My Mom paid for the pizza. The young man told us it would be 30 to 35 minutes. Since the place was packed we went to the car to sit down and stay warm. I went back in to pick up the pizza when the time was up. The young lady at the register charged me $11.66 for the pizza. I paid it without thinking. When we got home I told my Mom I paid for the pizza. She reminded me she paid for the pizza. I called the store and told a young man what happened. He said the manager would call me the next day and work something out. It has been two days and no phone call. This is terrible customer service. I have owned my own company and been in management for other companies. This is not good customer service. We will not be using the Papa Murphy's in La Grange again.
