It took about 50 minutes to get our food order. They rushed my steak off the grill so the center was still cold on a medium order. They cooked it a little longer until it was well done and gave me $2.87 for the poor service and food. The management staff could have saved a regular customer if they weren't so cheap. Worst of all the bathrooms are worse than most shithole gas stations. A tampon in the toilet was not impressive.
First- they tried to seat is in the back with 4-5 dirty tables around us and make us wait while they cleared one. Second- the lady cleaning had to bring our drinks instead of our waitress. Third- our waitress only came to our table a total of three times (the last time only because we had to get up and find her). Fourth- my wife and I both ordered steaks. Mine was funny shaped and not seasoned and my wife's was undercooked. The cuts of steak were poor to say least. Lastly- the thing we came for was the prime rib which they were out of. We will not return.
The place stinks. By that i mean they smell bad. It smells like someone puked in the mop bucket. The staff is sometimes friendly and will bring you a new hamburger after you've waited 45 minutes on one to be burnt and served to you. If i could stand the pukey smell i would be happy to pay for their brunch.
It has gotten much better in the past several months.
