It was awful. The service was crap - we got a snotty, rude girl who clearly hated being there, the drink we ordered was basically water, $5 straight in the trash! Would not recommend!!
Noone in this location speaks english. Its difficult to communicate making service slow. The coffee I ordered tasted atrocious! I took one sip and threw it away. I got a muffin that wwas stale and tasted a week old...disgusting! 3.80 isnt alot of money, but I just threw it in the trash. Total waste!
If you order more than one item, they have difficulty getting your order right
I said very good because of my personal experience. i worked there about a 8 or 9 months before the renovation in 2006-2007.I served customers and i know how it can be possible to manage time when you make an order. I don't know how they served customer between 2008-2010 but when i was there many many customer said in front of me, that you guys are owsome,because when we see it we make their order before they come inside.Before the renovation dunkin had a dine-in in old manner like circle and we have to serve mostly elders and believe me it was very hard when you are busy at front side, still we did and all customer was very happy with our service. Yes i accept that sometime we cant serve all of them on time because of big order but overall i recommended that you should go there. Nil
