I know that Henry does his very best to please his customers, and is a good, honest man. I think El Torito's food is way above most Latino/Mexican restaurants in Kentucky or Tennessee, and probably anywhere else for that matter. If you truly want authentic, delicious "South of the Border" cuisine, then El Torito is where you want to be!
