Unbelievably bad. Ribs tasted like they were baked in an oven then had some dry rub applied after they were re-heated in a microwave. They're available 3 ways: naked, dry rub, or wet (with sauce). Obviously they're made "naked" then the dry rub or wet sauce is added when you order. There was no smoke ring, no smoke flavor. They meat was tough and was no where close to fall-off-the-bone tender. My wife order brisket and received one and a half thin slices - that's it. The small portions were a blessing in disguise as the beef was almost inedible. Re-heating in a microwave didn't do anything to improve this shoe leather quality disaster. It was so dry one end was cracked. As with the ribs, there was no smoke flavor in the meat. In fact the beef had an "off" smell to it. On the up side, the service was good and very friendly and the smoked bologna appetizer was very tasty. However if you want decent bbq or smoked meat, get out your grill because you certainly couldn't do any worse in your own back yard.
