My friend and I had dinner here today. Soooo good!!! She had the vegie-burger with sweet potato fries. We shared a half-serving of kale and spinach salad which is a not to be missed item. I had a chicken burrito. It was ALL delicious. I brought half my burrito home for supper. The interior is bright and inviting. Everyone was wonderfully friendly and the Owner even chatted with us for about 10 minutes. This restaurant is a Red River Gorge gem!
We had the pulled pork burrito - lots of flavor and a whole meal - meat, rice, beans, cheese, salsa, salad. Also had the kale and spinich salad - very good. They also have public wifi. Handy for an area with poor cell reception.
The RockHouse Rocks! Dropped in with my family last Sunday afternoon while visiting the Red River Gorge and loved it. Fun atmosphere, great staff and possibly the best pulled pork tacos ever! Although they have Tacos and Burritos, I wouldn't call it a Mexican restaurant; I would call it my favorite place for cold beer and delicious food after a full day spent exploring the gorge. Enjoy!
All I can say is fantastic fish tacos. and sriracha. omg can't wait to go back. And the serving size was enormous, so they made for amazing leftovers as well.
Local food, great atmosphere, friendly staff... An awesome place in a remote location. This place is a must visit!
