I'm really shocked at some of the bad reviews! I suppose any restaurant has a bad day. My wife and I eat there upon occasion and the food and service are always top notch! I see reviews about not getting enough food for the price welllllllll facts are they are serving a nutritional portion enough for 99.9 % of the GQ public. The food always tastes great and the atmosphere is relaxing. We really like the fried green beans. Have also had the cob salad and it is the best in town and not overly priced. And the portion, well I usually take some of it home in a doggy bag! TGI Keep up the good work !! Mike Davis

I was in around 9 pm on Thursday night - the first time in several years. I ordered the salmon with lobster, seasonal vegetables and rice pilaf. The salmon tasted fishy, the lobster fishy, the vegetables bland and tasteless - same for the rice. It was really a disgusting meal that cost me $53+. My companion had the sizzling chicken and shrimp, cheese dip and mashed potatoes. He was equally (if not more) repulsed by his food. The cheese dip tasted like some kind of gelatinous canned cheese product, the chips were hard and thick and tasted like card board or press board. He could not even eat the chicken and shrimp - neither tasted anything like chicken or shrimp. Very disappointed and will not ever go back!!!

Had lunch at the TGI Fridays on N Maize Rd just north of 21st street. Service was excellent, friendly greeting at the door, seated right away and where I requested. Manager stopped and said hello and took my drink order. Waiter was prompt, delivered my food quickly and just as I ordered it, added a couple variations which they accommodated. Waiter checked back on a regular basis and when we needed something had an immediate response. Food was very tasty and I really enjoyed my experience here. Highly recommend them!

Went in at 930on a wednesday night after having been there many times the apps took 30min by then the food was done too and the waitress was cuddling in a booth .... extremely disappointed in the service

Food has always been good for me when I have gone to get something to eat, all of the staff are really nice, promptly greeted when entering, seated nearly instantly, they say "Goodbye,", "Come back and see us again,", and "Have a nice day," in some sort of order. Often greeted by the floor manager, the waiter/waitress' notice when my glass needs refilling, or when I'm finished with my meal, plates are taken back to the kitchen, they suggest deserts, etc.
