Room was very nice and clean. No bad smells/stains anywhere. Within walking distance to the arena. Would stay there again!
Overall this hotel is Very Good to Excellent. It is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly and kind, the restaurant food is really good and I'm a very picky eater. I ate breakfast and dinner there for 4 days and I never had a bad meal.
Hotel was excellent. Pool was nice and clean. Room was nicely decorated and updated. Service staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.
Just say no to the Capital Plaza. My wife and I are here for a formal banquet. Unfortunately, there is also a convention here. It seems the convention is a collection of boisterous drunks. For the price we are paying here, I expected much less noise and much more effort from the useless staff. Don't even think of bringing kids here. You never know when the next "corner drunks" convention will keep you up all night. Hyatt Place and Residence Inn are much better for the same money.
The food is great, at any time. I love the appetizers, seriously some of the best wings I have EVER had! Drinks are a bit pricey :(
