Placed a simple order to be delivered a little over a mile down the street as I was unable to walk after surgery. An hour went by with no delivery so I called the store where the woman who answered the phone rudely stated that the order is late because the driver didn't know where to deliver the food. I told the woman, again, where the order was to be delivered. Finally, after nearly 1.5 hours from placing the order, the pizza arrived, nice and cold. Will NEVER order from this place again; I could get better service at Auschwitz.
They try...the teenager who was by himself at the store seemed....aloof....and his eyes were red...my food was not fit for people to eat. I changed to the Chestnut Pizza Hut after visiting here.
Ordered food for the first time from here. I ordered a medium pizza with breadsticks and a drink. Apparently the person on the phone didn't hear me ask for bread sticks because they weren't with my order and my pizza is almost as warm as the soda was. I think I will stick with Casey's for pizza from here on out
I rated the food poor to fair due to the fact that I never received it an hour and a half after placing an order for delivery. I double checked their Sunday times to make sure they were open, and after repeated attempts to call the shop, I have no other conclusions to make than that they simply closed up shop three hours early. Now I'm hungry, and have no options available in Junction City. And they double-charged my card. Will not order from here again.
after being dissatisfied with the timeliness and attentiveness of the front staff, the manager came and fixed the situation. impressive damage control. will return and give a second chance.
