Worst service of our lives.. This is why... went in with my fiance a combat veteran... with our service dog Lola... first the waitress asked us to remove our animal to the parking lot. The waitress said ' is it a seeing eye dog? in which we answered no she is a service animal.. at that point my fiance asked for the manager so that we could show him or her the paperwork. She said he wasn't there. When our food finally arrived..we were ready to eat...and then all of a sudden this man (now we know to be the owner) came to our table boxed us in and told us we will compromise..put the dog on the floor.. and you can stay." I then told him that there is no compromise when it comes to service animals... I tried to show him our paperwork and he refused to look at them stating he already knew the laws. My fiance went into bilateral tremors and started shaking and stuttering. At that point the manager had already humiliated him and us by bringing other customers into it so I insisted on leaving because I was in tears and my fiance was completely upset..with his shaking and tremors. When we did realize that we had left without paying for my half plate of salad my fiance went back and paid for one trip to the salad bar. At that point he got a receipt from Betty the waitress and we went home.. I then wrote what had happened on their website.. and told them to read my post on their site per my review. At that point their owner Cindy wrote that she was sorry he felt that way but that they would never do that. So i wrote her about the laws that they had broken... and she erased my remarks... Since then my fiance and I can't ride by that place without feeling as though they would do that to anyone who has a hidden disability..So we brought it up again.... only this time my fiance put in with his brothers from Iraq and they responded.... by bashing them and their business... they continue to lie about the incident... and lie about what had transpired that day. Since then they have put up several different facebook pages...blocking us from it and blocking us from replying... of course they are good people that made a bad mistake...But they need to be accountable for how they have and continue to humiliate my fiance and i ... We are making it a big deal because we don't want another veteran to step foot into their establishment until they train their staff on the ADA laws and apologize. At least that is what I want.. I cannot speak for my fiance at this point.

I'm very dissappointed to hear that my friends who of one is a Veteran of the US Military and his service dog, and fiance were disrespected, and humiliated and treated at your restaurant. On top of that, to find you removed the reviews and comments they posted disgusts me even more. Its people like you who are a SHAME to our veterans and Shame on you and your business for trying to cover up the truth and erasing the reviews by my life long friend. Jenni and her fiance Pete!! Shame on you! You disgust me!!!

Good heathy meals, reasonable prices,friendly waitress's,parking available for trucks,family friendly atmosphere !

The food tasted great, the atmosphere was friendly, & our service was timely. My only negative is it is a bit overpriced.

Always a great place to eat. We appreciate the fast friendly service too.
