I know I have heard the "talk on the street", but I never listen to the talk. Personally, I find that the food is well prepared, tastes very good, and there is a good variety on the menu. The decor is a tad boring, and uninteresting. I have never had much of a problem with service, even when busy.

Catfish tastes plain and muddy spaghetti plain and soupy defiantly not a good place to eat in my opinion
