ive eaten a few menu idems all were good . service was good
I had the pork chop which was pretty good. The price was a little higher than I would have liked but I enjoyed my meal. I would pass on the mashed potatoes next time and get the baked potato. My meal came with the salad bar which seemed really fresh. It is a bar and grill so you can expect that kind of environment. I can recommend this place based on service and food.
I'm not a food critic but 1.I thought the food was good. 2. I liked the meat my steak was well prepared. 3. It was beter then I thought it would be. 4. Would i go back? Yes.
The steaks were from aged, working oxen, compete with all the gristle you would expect. The spinach was cooked to a rancid stew. The wax green beans were quite possibly made of wax. To compensate for flavor, however, they were kind enough to inflate the portions to the point where you could actually stroke out before leaving. All in all, pretty bad. We should have gone to McDonalds.
Not bad given the small town. Red Rooster offers a better breakfast though.
