I had the worst experience the other night at this Applebee's that I have ever had in any other restaurant I go to. Took 25 minutes to have someone come ask what we wanted to drink and then it was the hostess not the waiter. Then it took another 20 minutes for the waiter to come to the table for our order. The order didn't come out correctly but the waiter said he would get what was needed but it took another 15 minutes to get that and by then food was cold. I don't believe we will be going back.
Terrible! Quality of steaks is AWFUL!!! Can barely chew em!!!! Waiter asked how food was. I told the truth and he giggled nervously and walked away not fixing the problem. Every time I come in its the same! Don't waste your $!!!! Manager came out and said that another customer had same issue in resteraunt at same time. Manager is attempting to fix problem...
Some of the worst service I have had in a longtime. I guess racism is still alive and well in the bible belt.
service was crappy, waitress was rude, food and appetizers came out at the same time, it wasnt even busy so there was no excuse!
