Sat in drive thru for 10 mins pulled up to the window two female employees inside looked at me but refused to come to the window to offer service
Worst service Ive ever experienced! The slowest and most unknowledgable staff...after sitting n the drive through for 15 mins waiting for 2 small blizzards, my husband went inside. (There was only one other car in the drive thru and 1 customer inside the store) They hadn't even made our blizzards OR finished the car in front of us's order. They stared at my husband with blank stares and when he asked them what the hold up was one said- "we're trying to figure out how..." Even with 5 employees working - none of them had a clue how to do anything. Squirt some ice cream in a cup, throw in some candies and mix it up. Its not rocket science. Needless to say we didnt not have ice cream that night and will NEVER go there again. If you are in this neck of the woods and want a blizzard you are much better off driving the extra miles to Hoisington or Salina DQ. Even with the extra miles n driving - you'll probably still get your order faster than if you sat and waited on these bozos!
