GREAT SERVICE! I would definitely refer anyone to Mr. Smith. As a new homeowner I was nervous about calling anyone to fix the dishwasher but couldn't have gotten any better service from the appliance doctor. Same day service, he came to the house in about 30 minutes and the repair was done fast. Gave great advice on better ways to use my dishwasher. He will be the one I call for any problems in the future.
I called at 8pm at night about my Kenmore clothes dryer, which started making a swishing noise each time it turned. The repairman diagnosed the problem over the phone saying that it was probably a roller starting to go out of round and unless the noise was unbearable, not to worry about it. He gave me this diagnosis, advice, and his time over the phone at no cost, which saved me a service call. I had previously called Sears, waited on hold for 20-minutes and had a Call Center rep from India tell me someone had to come to the house sometime within a 4-hour period several days from then and it would cost me $129 + parts. I strongly recommend the Appliance Doctor--he was honest, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, courteous, even funny--call the Appliance Doctor for all your Appliance Needs.
