after reading the reviews, i was fairly apprehensive about dining here, but when i entered the door, all i saw was a wonderful Victorian style house. i was promptly greeted by a young man. we were sat in the bar room and were immediately served drinks and our appetizer order was taken. after about five minutes, the server came back, took our food order and brought out our appetizer. the food was wonderful and i will be definitely returning!
We have met at Panzarotti's for business meetings and the lunch buffet is perfect! The lunch buffet is priced reasonable, has a variety to please everyone and delicious food! The lunch buffet is great for quality food & fast service.
I have to travel to Shelbyville quite often for work and I think I have finally found my go to place. Great freshly cooked food finally in the area. Other options are the franchises and for as much as I travel, their food can be ugh. Panzarotti's was great, service was well and the food was great. I recommend the Chicken Panzarotti, the crust was superb, then ingredients were fresh and the freshly made alfredo sauce was the perfect compliment. Will definitely return!!!
Our group met there for a business meeting and it was the best experience! The service was perfect and we were impressed as the owner came out to greet us and be sure we had everything that we needed. The stuffed manicotti was amazing and a perfect portion with just enough to take home for a snack the next day. My bill was on the high side because I could not turn down the cannoli and a coffee for dessert which was equal to the quality of the main dish. Thank you!
Being from New York. It's not even close. I sorta heard good things so I tried it.just goes to show people will settle for anything. There service sucks and it is way to overpriced for the quality. Nothing like having 15 year old slave labor.
