We stayed 2 nights in March. Although we did not receive the upgrade that we requested the room was still nice. Very quiet. The food was excellent at all of the restaurants and especially the room service breakfast. The casino was fairly typical and at least they let us play instead of just taking money. We left with a little more than we went with. .The shower and the towels were great. The only complaint I would have is that the room cleaning was not good between nights. They left no coffee and the room was dusty. A little pricey but they all are nowadays.

I have stayed in both hotels at Blue Chip. The rooms were clean and service was top notch. Twice we arrived early in the day that we were going to spend the night. We let them know at the book in desk. Both times they were helpful and we got into our rooms hours earlier than the advertised check in time. Kudos to the hotel staff. I don;t know where the people that have negative things to say stayed at. We had a great time. definitely going back as often as possible.

Spa services at the Blue Chip casino is Top notch! Friendly atmosphere and priced reasonable. Hotel room are clean and presentable. However, the experience that took place on the Casino floor is a different story. Played Black jack for about 3 1/2 hours and the end result we lost about $800. I asked Floor supervisor for a comp to get something to eat for me and my spouse. Supervisor asked me did we win or lose at the table, and I advised her that we lost. She stated that she could only give me a comp for 1. Why did she not advise me that I needed a voucher to renew the comp! So after I returned from the Deli to ask her what happened, She sarcastically replied that I need a voucher what do you think. This is no way to talk to a guest, especially when we just lost a reasonable amount of money the first day. How was I suppose to know I needed a voucher, my previous experience at casino is they place comp on your card. Floor supervisors if they don't recognize your face as a regular, You will not be treated fairly.

The Casino was a blast! The black jack dealer I was with with most of the night, Lucious, was the man. My only complaint was that they don't comp drinks at the tables.

The room was fine but the gaming floor was from the 70's. I was extremely disappointed when I entered your casino. Please update your casino to the 21st century. I will never come back until you get your gaming floor up to date. Thumbs DOWN for blue chip gaming. Spend some money and update your slot machines. I stayed in my room most of the time. There was nothing Vegas about this resort which should be the last resort. I only gave it 2 stars because of the room.
