greate personal good food fun time
This is a diner for people with no taste buds...they have teenagers that have no idea what to do cooking. The one kid didn't know a breast from a thigh and even after he asked which was which he still gave me a thigh..the mac and cheese was runny and plain..the fried chicken was salty...the mashed potatoes were runny and awful..the roll and the fried okra were the best of everything...the "homemade" carrot cake was awful...it was over powering with lemon juice and sugar...Next time will I definitely take the cashiers advise inside the truck stop and eat at the pub across the street.
I like to stay nearby at Horseshoe Bend RV Campground and Boat Ramp. I love this restaurant. The prices are very cheap and the food is great. They serve Breakfast all day long and have a nice balanced menu and a daily special. I love the burger!
Decent enough motel. Not really impressive/not at all scary. Appropriate for the price.
Staff Hallie accepted a corporate credit card at check in, then called after 10 pm to inform us that they dont accept it thanks for wakeing us up all 5 of us up. We had driven from Pittsburgh we very tired. I reported to to desk that there was a semi running in the parking lot and a woman was hanging around it she was either a lady of the night or selling drugs its only my guess but it was pretty obvious after observing a man going to the bathroom in plain site of over 40 rooms nothing was done spoke 2 different staff members and they said there was nothing they could do I ask them about the laws and again they did nothing maybe they were getting a peice of the pie but it is no place to get rest or a safe environment for children at least I wouldnt allow my children. I will be looking into contacting Indiana attorney general concerning this issues .I WOULD SLEEP IN MY CAR BEFORE I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN !!!!
