The friendly staff and home-town atmosphere really shined at this small café right off of State Road 37. And if you're in the mood for some very simple, inexpensive, down on the farm dishes this might just be the right place for you. While it was nothing extraordinary, the portions were very generous and the service was speedy. Their desserts were very good and I would recommend the apple dumplings.
We eat here often. The breakfast is fantastic, and the portions are HUGE (at least for me). The waitresses are friendly and helpful, and always good for a chat. The decor isn't particularly flash, but it's light and roomy inside, so it evens out. VERY popular in town, I don't think I've ever seen them less than half full. I highly recommend! :)
