went to eat dinner Ordered the 6 oz sirloin and my wife got the 3 cheese chicken penne. Ordered my steak medium which should have Pink in the Middle when it got too the table it was well done and my Wife's food was not cold but also was not hot just luke warm. We sent the food back but the shift manager came too our table and his words was what is going on over here tried to tell him about our food and he was rude. Tried too go back the kitchen to get my steak but returned saying once it goes back to the kitchen it can not be brought back out. Told us his General manager was in the kitchen and said the steak was cook medium said the lights in the kitchen are better that is why I could not see the pink in the middle. We just got up and left offered to pay for our drinks but they was given too us. I did tip our waiter it was not his fault. Even though we live 5 minutes from this applebee's will never return there again. Very Rude manangement.
Went for our anniversary. Service and food were great. My steak was done to perfection. Two thumbs up.
Consistently good food and service. Our family visits often.
Enjoyed our evening out at this local restaurant.
