So I call there today because I work right down the road. I don't eat out very often but when I do, I try to support them. Well I could tell when I called that the girl that answered the phone wasn't to thrilled. Ok we all have a bad day, so I tell her that I would like to place an order for delivery. Her response: in a not so pleasant voice: "Its a delivery. Who is going to take it?" at which time I hear someone else in the background yell "You are". Obviously perturbed she takes a deep breath and comes back on the phone. My response "Never mind" and hang up. After stewing for a few minutes I call back. Unfortunately the same young lady answers the phone. I ask "Who is the owner?" She responds "Leah". I ask "Can I speak to her?" she responds "Well we are going to deliver your order!" Ok so she knows its me calling back. No problem, but I don't want to talk to her again and take up any more of her valuable time, since she made it clear she did not want to take care of me. I tell her "I don't really want to talk to you." Instead of giving me the owner, she hangs up on me! Really? I tried to give them a second chance. Now with my blood boiling, should I give them a third?
