Lakeview is a great place to eat! My husband had the fried chicken, which he loved, and I had the tenderloin sandwich. Everything was fixed fresh and delicious! We both had coconut pie for desert. THE BEST coconut pie I have ever had!!!!!!! The atmosphere is awesome, just a quiet, clean and friendly place to go.

We stopped in at the Lakeview Restaurant with our three young children and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice. They took time to chat with our kids and when we left, they even gave the kids bread to feed the ducks at the lake. My daughter said that her bacon cheeseburger was the best hamburger she has ever eaten and the appetizer chips were fantastic. The food was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were wonderful. We will be back whenever we are in the area.

They have the best beef manhattans ever!......BUT......the price is too high. The layered pineapple dessert "looks" wonderful.....however, the taste was disappointing. Also, picking up a to go order is chaotic.

I went to Lakeview for the first time this past Friday night. I went to celebrate my birthday there. I heard how great it was there. The food came out quickly but it wasn't very good. That isn't my problem though. My problem is the service. They added a new sundae bar for kids. My son ran up there because he thought thats where he would get his Ice cream. I asked him to come back to the table, and said the waitress would be bringing his ice cream. I had the manager come back to my table and yell at my son. He told him to "Sit down. He was being completely unacceptable." I picked up my other 2 children and we all left the place. Dinner was $40.00 for 5 people and and the kids didn't even get to have there ice cream. If you have children I would NOT recommend this place.

It's no surprise Shauna Roberts, you didn't have a good time at Lakeview on Friday, December 7th! My husband and I have been coming from to at Lakeview for almost 30 years. Your children were the most misbehaved children we have ever seen there! Being a mother myself, I understand how children can be. However yours were constantly out of line! They were constantly running up and down the aisles screaming and hollering, one of your children even went up to a table and belched in the face of another costumer!!! When they were seated they were still wild, throwing sugar, splenda, and various other items at nearby tables. You must have some nerve to complain about the outburst created by YOUR children and find away to blame someone else! I would have been thoroughly embarrassed had that been my children and you better believe they would have received a spanking when they got home! I saw the owner come up and ask your child to sit down, and frankly it was LONG overdue. My husband I looked over many times, wondering if and when, you would discipline your children, but you simply ignored their outbursts! Your lucky he asked your son to sit down and not for you all to leave!!!! As soon you left several costumers clapped and thanked the owner for stepping in and finally saying what we all were thing!!! My husband and I very much look forward to going back to Lakeview for dinner. We both love the Beef Manhattans and of coarse a piece of homemade peanut butter pie! Also I don't know where your eating but $40 bucks for 5 people really isn't that bad!
