Stopped here while passing through the area. Cheese garlic bread was good, but the meat sauce that came with it on the side tasted like Chef Boyardee sauce, but my wife liked it. The pizza was very good and tasted fresh! Service was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place and will stop there again.
What do you expect when you get pizza from a buffet? Order it fresh off the menu! This is by far, one of the greatest pizza places in the St. Louis area. If this place were on the hill, it would be getting high 20s out of 30 on Zagat. Pizza is Cavataio's speciality, but they make AMAZING sandwhiches that can be foudn on the back of the menu. I'm not a huge fan of their pastas, the pasta sauce does taste a little industrialized and the dipping sauce that comes with breadsticks and toasted ravioli does taste a lot like Chef Boy-are-dee (sorry, too lazy to look up the spelling).

Been eating at Cavataio's for about 6 years and the food has always been good. Love the meat pizza!
