Bud's Bar is a great place for locals in the Rantoul/Thomasboro/Paxton area to meet and hang out. With a good mixture of factory workers, tradesmen, farmers, retirees and local professionals, it really is a place where people from across the local area come and meet in peace. Prices are good, the place is clean, and with the police station a block away, trouble is extremely rare.
