I wrote a bad review of this place a couple of years ago but it since changed hands in 2012, it's once again the go to place in Princeton for chicken. Get there by 4:30 on Cheap Chicken Monday, or be prepared to wait a spell at the bar. That's not all bad, however. The bartenders are great and the pours are more than fair. German night on Thursday features some very well done dishes, and the prime rub is cheap and excellent. The place has been a fixture in this town forever and has had its ups and downs, but the young couple who own it now work at it 7 days a week, and it's playing off. Probably the best place in town to eat and drink.
