Service was good, and the place has been nicely restored. However, the food left a lot to be desired. I wanted steak for my birthday dinner, but they were out of everything but ribeye. I'm not a fan of ribeye, so we ordered toasted ravioli, a smokehouse burger, and walleye. The side of fries was very soggy, the fish tasted like freezer and was completely unseasoned, and the ravioli were very bland. The burger was quite good though, so we wound up sharing that. We were disappointed, since there are always such good smells coming out of the restaurant. It may be better on the weekends, but we won't be back to find out.
