This florist went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother had a very special 80th birthday. I did not know she would be out all day celebrating so the florist could not deliver her flowers. He stopped by the house and called a few times and then emailed me to let me know my options. I was bummed she was gone all day but was happy he offered to deliver the next day. At around 9 pm, I got another email saying on his way to peoria, they drove by one more time and saw a light on and delivered! Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Couldn't say enough great things about Village Florist in Metamora. Exceptional service!
