Small town cafe/restaurant....a little rough around the edges but a fine place to eat. It's typical cafe food and is priced accordingly. If you want better food and um..."different" atmosphere go down the block to Tony's and pay 3X as much. To be honest we really like the funky atmosphere of F&M's. We go to many great and not so great restaurants in the metro area (IL and MO) and still stop in here when we're in J-Ville.

The service here is slow. The food that we ordered taste as though it came from a package. The vegetables came from a can. The pies we were told is what," this place is famous for," left us wanting. When I finished eating here I felt as though I needed an oil change from all the fried food.
