I was in town for business, and I had exceptional experience by the staff! The General Manager came by and introduce himself to our table! I highly recommend this restaurant and location! Food was fantastic!
Been there twice. Each time the entire meal was delivered all at once. The food was either under cooked or cold. We won't be going back.
This place could be good needs help new management our something.
Well this is now the second time in a row that OCharleys was terrible. We had to wait 20 minutes for seating but there were at least 5 open tables. Why the wait. Also my burger came without the fries and they came 10 minutes after burger was eaten. The salad I ordered before my meal came after all food was gone. The service has drastically declined over last 6 months last time ever eating here.
Good food but it's right next to buffalo wild wings and I rather go there but whenever I have gift cards I always want to go
