Great service, everyone is helpful. Had an incident with my mower, called Bertel's and they came out, serviced the mower, and had it back to me before the motor had a chance to cool down. be sure to talk to Vance, he is very knowledgeable, and helpful.

This place is so overpriced it's insane. I cannot believe how much they want for the stuff they sell there. Unless you are prepared to plunk down 10 grand for a zero turn mower, steer clear of this place.
