Really great experience! We just moved to Byron and are trying out the eateries in our new town. We both had burgers and really appreciated that the beef is local. We want to support local businesses and like it when others do the same. The burgers were tasty, perfectly cooked, and came with the right amount of sides and toppings. The service was friendly and prompt; the restaurant was clean with a fun decor. We will definitely be back and will bring family/friends.
This place use to be my favorite restaurant in Byron. Over the last 6 months they have became my least favorite. The food is always great but wow has their service gone down hill. Our last three visits to Fifth Alarm have been absolutely horrible and after this last visit we will not be back. As a Byron resident who knows several people in town everyone has commented on the shift in customer service lately. Not sure if they have a new manager or what but the owners need to address their lack of customer service before they chase everyone away. Sad to see this place go down the drain.
I have read these reviews and I appreciate the honesty. A complaint is a gift to me as a business owner. I believe the older reviewers would find our food has been greatly improved and spectacular with our latest culinary team. We pride ourselves with serving the freshest, least processed, and organic, antibiotic free meats and vegetables made daily. Of course these are pricier than processed foods out of a box but our mission is to NOURISH your body, ENERGIZE your spirits with specialty drinks and really cold beer, and finally CONNECT you to our community while honoring acts of service- primarily the fire service. Please give the Fifth another chance. And certainly let me know your experience.
The décor is great, food is very good, service is much improved. Unlike the previous reviewers who seem to have personal beefs with this restaurant, I have found that it offers a great menu selection and great service. New menu rolled out this week and they have a new Chef! Looking forward to many trips to The Fifth!
