Never going to eat here again. I am a vegetarian. Went for my birthday because I wanted a veggie burger, and had eaten here plenty of times before. I loved their veggie burger, because they used my favorite brand. I always ordered it with mushrooms and swiss, instead of what they usually put on the veggie burger. So when our food came, I lifted up the bun like I usually did to make sure they got it right (they often didn't. But we still kept going back anyway.) and the patty looked different. I told the waitress it looked like meat, so she took it back. Then she brought it out and told me "They say that is what we're using for our veggie patty now." So I took a bite. And it was sausage! I didn't finish it. And when we went up to the counter to pay, I told them it was sausage. And two of the employees told me "Yeah. That's sausage. That's what we're using as our veggie patty now." We were not refunded our money for my meal, or anything. I was definitely not happy, and will not be returning to Buddy's.
That was a mistake! Never order chicken fried steak at a Texaco gas station. Fries were good. Shoulda went to subway
