Food was good as always, but the lady there was brash with me and it seemed like she was more concerned with providing details as to why she charged us extra rather than just communicating upcharges when I ordered. I'm not exactly comfortable going back after this last experience because I was embarrassed by the way she acted and it didn't help that there was an audience behind me in line. I would also like to add that she usually isn't unkind. She has always been pleasant so perhaps she was just having an off day, but either way it was upsetting and left a bad taste in my mouth. I work a service job and I've found it's not always worth it to prove yourself right, sometimes you just gotta use a little sugar, kindness, and a listening ear as it goes a long ways.
