This is not a rating based on just one visit. I have continually had my steak overcooked. Once they brought me three steaks before I got a passable medium rare. Another time there was a dead fly in my Cesar Salad. Service is only decient. Today we came in for fathers day. We (a table of 4) were asked to wait, and we did without complaint. However when we saw a four top and a five top arrive after us and be seated promptly we just decided to spend our money elsewhere. Your loss Texas roadhouse my husband and I both worked our way through college waiting tables and tip very well. We will not be returning. I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anybody. The franchise in general is great, however the pocatello store is a joke.
I would go to this restaurant often, however after my last visit I have decided to never return, The main manager here is incompetent after a very disappointing meal he offered to give us the food for free. This is just reinforcing people to complain to get free food, not good business for you Texas roadhouse, and after the unsatisfactory meal he goes and harasses the waitress till she broke down in tears.. I cant stand the food and I can't stand to see a manager chew out a little girl making 3:50 an hour + tips over something she had no control of. Strongly do not approve of this restaurant.
Texas Roadhouse has one of the best steaks in Pocatello. The flavor is excellent and portions are large, so you may end up with lunch for the next day (a plus in our house). Last time I had the ribs. Extremely tender and tasty. Atmosphere is friendly and you'll walk right by the cuts of steak they use. It's best to go at off times or have reservations since the wait can be a little long. It is pleasantly lit but since it is open it is a little noisy. Service is excellent.
Horrible environment, definitely not family appropriate... the manager there was openly talking about cheating on his girlfriend, luckily for us it was so loud in there the kids didn't hear. Food was par and our server was good but otherwise horrible experience
Best food ever!!! Texas Roadhouse is my favorite place to eat. Oh, and the coolest people work there ;)
