I will never waste my time here again. I went into the pizza favtory last night to have a calzone, small salad and a drink. After waiting 40 minutes for my calzone, I asked the cashier how long my order would take. He turned to the person making food and told me they were starting mine next. I asked for a refund and they had the nerve to still charge me for the drink and salad after forgetting my order. My rating: -1 star for extremely slow service, -1 worst customer service, -1 over priced, -1 time wasted. If the pizza factory wanted to lose me as a customer as quickly as they did +1. Total stars: 1\5.
I grew up in Orofino and I remember when the Pizza Factory first opened up in the early 90's. The food was terrible and the service was dreadful. Almost twenty years later, nothing has changed. The pizza crust even has the same stale, bland taste it's always had with a bizarre metallic watery taste. How this crap has stayed in business so long is a mystery to me, especially considering the fact that there's a much better pizza place in town, M&M Pizza (to be honest though I don't even know if they're still around, they probably got run out of business by this garbage). Save yourself some money and go eat at the Mexican place just a few blocks away, it's quite excellent.
