Went to drive thru, was disappointed with the limitations of the ice cream menu. Asked if there were more than three choices, was told no. Made the comment that I thought that sucked, and the drive up CSR criticised me, and told me to use less offensive language. I was already unhappy, this just pissed me off and I left. Sale lost, $8 in ice cream sales. I work as a phone CSR, we are never allowed to say anything about someone's language unless they are directly insulting us personally. All other language choices and comments are to be ignored as if not said to prevent escalating the caller. If this kid had done that, I would have made a choice on the limited menu and the sale would have gone forward. All he did was make me go home without my ice cream and furious on top of that. Let's add previous experiences, your fries are always over-salted and the only way I can get them edible is to ask for no salt, 90% of the time napkins and ketchup are not included on drive thru orders and I have to ask for them, and I get obvious huffs about that because I am messing up their drive thru time. Iced tea is 90% ice and the liquid is gone in under 5 mins of getting it. Twice now I have not gotten the correct order, and had to either go back or make arrangements for compensation later since I did not have time to go back. If you go inside, expect a long wait as the staff makes drive thru the priority. I have timed up to 13 mins for a lunch order, before I received it. Overall, quality of service and food is poor. I will not be back, ever.
