The best pizza around! Great speciality pizzas. They need to answer their phone more often however, instead of letting it ring forever. I get good service, acceptable delivery times, and top notch quality but hate the fact that the phone lines are ignored every so often. Causing me to order elsewhere.

I cant believe all of the negative comments. They treat their customers very well. There is never a dull moment with pizza at flying pie. The lunch buffet has become my husbands favorite thing. They are always bringing out different pizzas and are always happy and singing. The beer selection is amazing and even fill growlers. They definitely know how to treat their customers. Im sorry there are so many nasty people on here. Just sounds like negative people who have nothing better to do. Keep it up Flying Pie!

I'm just going to say that Flying Pie Pizza is an acquired taste. I hated everything about the place. It's probably the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Plain and simple, horrible atmosphere, inedible food, terrible choices for a buffet, and unsanitary facility. Rant below: After living in Boise my whole life, I have never actually gone to Flying Pie, but last month, I finally gave in and went to see what all the fuss was about. Parking was terrible, I assume that there is a parking lot hidden somewhere in the back, but after driving around the place for 10 minutes, I gave up trying to figure out how to get back there and parked at an adjacent business. As soon as I walked in, I was met with a claustrophobic's nightmare. The place was tiny, and set up in the worst imaginable way. The kitchen was in the front, with all the tables on the opposite side of the main (only) walkway. They even had the stockroom in the back, separate from the kitchen entirely, so that staff had to push their way through people to get anything or go anywhere. It was very busy. The staff was very friendly-I'll give them that. They loved working there, and thought everything about the place was the best, as did all the customers that I could see. If you like hookah bars, you might just like this place. I didn't touch most of the pizzas...I could see what was on them. A couple of the pizzas I did try was a vegetarian pizza (which I pulled a whole intact clove of garlic from-yuck), and what looked to be a pepperoni pizza (which I found to be made with sharp cheddar instead of traditional pizza cheeses). The building was not as bad as it could have been, but it wasn't as clean as it should be, and it was old and shabby. Atmosphere like I said was dreadful-the lighting was terrible, and the way the place was set up made it feel even smaller than it really was. Neither me or my fiance will ever ever ever come here again.
