Great burgers and fries(husky fries, half husky berver, BLT, and plain cheeseburger). Service was fast for 5 people order.
My family has eaten here 4-5 times. We frequent the town, and there are limeted options. Everytime we come in, the service is pathetic. The so called salad bar is bag of lettuce and some cheese. I once heard the waitresses saying they couldn't be paid to eat the chili. Ashton on Sunday. So grateful for the beautiful surroundings and fantastic fishing!
We have eaten here before and liked the food. Something must have changed. The milk shake was thinner than chocolate milk even though we asked for thick shakes. There was only one waitress, no cashier and apparently one cook. The waitress said she was really busy but only 3 other tables being served. It took over an hour and not all food came out together. The hamburgers turned out good even though they messed up the order.
We all got open faced chicken fried steak sandwiches and gravy. The portions were huge and the petite people in our group could have shared it. The place was interesting with lots of mounted animal heads on the walls. It was clean. It was a good stop.
Good food , but the service is terrible. Mainly young kids serving at night and they are more interested in texting and goofing off than doing their job.
