After several bland meals in the town of Sheldon, it was exciting to come upon a Chinese Restaurant with wonderful, fresh, Chinese food. Not only well prepared, but the suprising abundance of vegetables was a nice contrast to the usual meat and potatoes found in most places. Chinese Chef is a breath of fresh air.
