Do not go here! I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes and they screwed up my order.
Since switching ownership this DQ has gone downhill fast. Dirty and food is not good. They were even out of ice cream the last time we stopped. Wow.
Its not closed. It opens at 11am. its a small shop, and the food is made on order. Much better then most DQs.
We've stopped at this place three times in the last two months. This restaurant is getting worse with each visit. The bathrooms are absolutely awful, maybe they were cleaned sometime last year. No towels and the hand dryer is broken. No soap and dirt everywhere. I felt dirtier after washing my hands than before. There is dirt everywhere and what’s worse is that the employees don't seem to care. Both times we've been there in the last month, there were four employees there. They all just stood around and messed around. They were much more interested in farting, texting on their phones, and flirting with each other. All the tables were dirty, the floor is completely unacceptable. The food quality was acceptable up until our most recent visit. I won’t' go into the details, but nobody in my family would finish their food. The managers need to get fired. Then they need to close the store for a week just to clean it. We will not be there ever again. Both of the other two options in Shelby present are much better. And if you’re traveling - go anywhere else.
