One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. So much flavor and ingredients were put into every dish! The owner of the restaurant Jack made us feel very welcomed and explained all the ingredients that went into each dish! Brussels sprouts and manatee is a must here! Definitely coming back again. This is exactly what needed.
Food is excellent atmosphere is great.
Heard that their gyros were good and were not disappointed. Fries came with that were normal, ordinary fries. I would go back to eat again! Very quiet environment, good place to have conversation!
Had a party of 6 ALL OF US hated our meals.. steak was like chewing on a leather shoe.. except a shoe would probably taste better. The soup was cold and had no flavor. MY food was so salty it made me wonder what they were trying to cover up. That evening both I and two others who had had the calamari became VERY ill. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO TO THIS CRAP HOLE!!! I work closely with travelers here in Pella and I no longer send anyone to Kaldera and probably never will again.
Take a fast food, cheap food, mentality and try to meld that into a better eating establishment. The big chains haven't done it so why did this guy think it would work? Service always rushed, a bar that doesn't have a clue, and pretty good Greek food. But it's just not enough. Let's have a shot of Ouzo and try this one again sometime as this places days are numbered.
